Similar to overall project management, move management is more specific in scope of work.From bid development, through mover selection, coordination of construction and other trades, to final move day and punchlist, one of our experienced project managers will insure that every aspect of the move is completed on-time and according to budget. if additional furniture is required, we will assist the end user using our various resources in the furniture community to provide CAD drawings and specifications. Once the furniture layout is determined , we w'lll provide bid development or assist in price negotiations with various furniture dealers, to give the end user the aesthetic look that they are trying to achieve, at a price within their budget.
